Capturing the Spirit of Moda Miami
Experiencing this event for the first time was something special. I have attended shows all over the country, but this one had a feeling that stood out immediately. It felt catered on a personal level, almost as if every entrant and every guest mattered in a way you do not always feel at large automotive gatherings. The atmosphere was relaxed, intentional, and elevated in a way that stayed with me.
The cars were incredible. Modern performance from Prestige Imports sat alongside icons like the vintage Mercedes SLR. That mix of eras and styles created an energy that kept pulling me from one angle to another. For an event set in Miami, it was surprisingly easy to get around. Parking was simple for spectators, and the flow of the grounds made it easy to move between displays.
One moment that really showed the level of care behind the event was watching the cars arrive back from the road tour. They drove directly onto the field and were brought across the stage where the MC highlighted each one. Hearing that the highway was shut down for the tour made me appreciate the planning behind it. It created a smooth and safe experience for the entrants and made their return feel special and polished.
I worked hard throughout the weekend and came home with good money. Still, I know I could have pushed even further if I spent less time enjoying the luxuries that come with being treated like an entrant and stayed more focused behind the lens. That will be my mindset for next year. Many of my friends from the show circuit were at the event too, and I heard more than a few people say they plan to return. That says a lot about the quality and reputation the event is building.
One of the things I loved most is that the same cars stay on the field all weekend. It gives you time to see everything at your own pace, talk with owners, learn their stories, and build real relationships. I enjoy being a connector in this industry, helping clients and friends meet other people they can collaborate and grow with. This event made that process feel effortless.
I plan on returning in 2026 with a sharper focus and an even stronger drive to capture the event at its best. My first experience set the bar high, and I look forward to contributing more and building deeper connections as the event continues to grow.
